HelpRoom is an anonymous online group chat option that allows members of the community who have been affected by sexual violence to connect with one another.
Trained staff will facilitate group discussions to ensure a safe environment for all visitors to discuss topics and experiences related to sexual violence.
During your session, we will not ask for information that would identify you (such as your name or address) and we will not record the chat.
However, if you disclose your name and location and are under 18 or if we fear that you are in danger of committing suicide (or otherwise as required by law), we may have to provide information you have given us to the appropriate authorities.
Join us for our new virtual support group, Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
Connect with other survivors of sexual violence and our very own advocates and share in a safe space designed to foster and support the healing process.
This group is open to all survivors of sexual violence. Prior to entering the group, please read our group guidelines
Next group is Thursday October 10th! See ya there :)
If you or someone you love have been affected by sexual violence, you are not alone. Please contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline for 24/7, free confidential help.
